About

I hold two Master’s degrees from Cincinnati Christian University (CACREP): a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My training integrates sound clinical practice with a thoughtful understanding of faith, theology, and the complexities of real life.

I am licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in OHIO and KENTUCKY, and as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in FLORIDA. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).

I am the founder of Forge & Path Counseling, an online counseling practice focused primarily on working with men who feel weary, stuck, or quietly discouraged. Many of the men I serve are navigating anxiety, shame, pornography struggles, grief, vocational questions, or spiritual tension. My approach is relational, grace-centered, and grounded in personal responsibility. I believe meaningful change happens not through shame or pressure, but through honest reflection, surrendered faith, and courageous steps forward. I value the premise that I am walking on the road WITH my clients.

I work from a Christian worldview while respecting each client’s pace and spiritual journey. My goal is not simply symptom relief, but deep formation...helping individuals grow in emotional health, relational strength, and a faith that is lived, not merely professed.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

There was a season in my life when I felt deeply discouraged and defeated. In that low place, I encountered not condemnation, but an unexpected and profound grace from God. He met me in my weakness with patience, mercy, and truth. That experience reshaped me. It opened my eyes to how many people quietly carry emotional and spiritual pain, often believing they must face it alone.

Over time, I sensed a clear call to walk with others in those places. I became a Christian therapist because I have experienced firsthand the transforming power of grace, and I want to help others encounter that same freedom, not through shame or pressure, but through honesty, compassion, and courageous faith.
