About
Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk this path alone. I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where you’re seen, heard, and understood. I believe each person is inherently valuable and capable of healing and growth—you were made on purpose, and for a purpose. My counseling approach centers on understanding your unique story, values, and goals to help you flourish.
With a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas Christian University, a Master’s in Behavioral Analysis from North Texas University, and a Master’s in Counseling from Divine Mercy University, I bring a rich foundation of knowledge and training to support your journey. Together, we’ll work to help you gain clarity, resilience, and the tools you need to lead a fulfilling life.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
With a unique blend of experience in ABA therapy, special education, and leadership development, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise in career, family life, and personal growth. My own vocation—as a counselor, wife, and mother—has shaped a Christ-centered approach that is both compassionate and clinically grounded. Rooted in a trauma-informed and attachment-based framework, my work is guided by the belief that each person is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and created for healing, purpose, and flourishing. It is a privilege to walk with you through life’s complexities, offering a space of grace, truth, and restoration.
