Ms. Kimberly Baker, M.A. is a practicum student clinician who enjoys working with adolescents, young and middle-aged adults. Ms. Baker is committed to fostering a safe, positive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable discussing their concerns and achieve mental and emotional wellness. She believes every individual deserves to live a life of authenticity and purpose. Ms. Baker primarily employs cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) while integrating psychodynamic concepts to address various concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life challenges. Ms. Baker collaborates with each client to establish a secure, trusting, and supportive therapeutic alliance. She motivates clients to face their fears and reclaim their lives.

Jarice Carr, Ph.D. is a Texas-based licensed psychologist with a relational, person-centered, and holistic approach to therapy. Dr. Carr is inherently collaborative in her approach and seeks to create a non-judgmental and affirming environment in which her clients’ strengths, cultural context, and values are highlighted, respected, and honored. Dr. Carr believes that you are the expert on your lived experience and she seeks to provide support and tools to assist you in working toward your goals. Her therapeutic approach is primarily relational-cultural and psychodynamic while often integrating skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, family systems, and mindfulness to enrich the therapeutic experience and tailor therapy to your goals. Dr. Carr’s interests include cultural identity concerns, trauma, women’s issues, depression, family and couples’ concerns, life adjustment, stress management, and identity exploration.

Dr. Jordan believes the key to an effective healing environment is high quality therapeutic relationships with each client or family. Dr. Jordan strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental, caring, and warm environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their issues as they work toward bringing their life back into balance. Dr. Jordan’s collaborative and rather laid back disposition puts clients at ease as she guides them through the therapeutic process at a tailored pace. Dr. Jordan’s interests include: child and adolescent developmental issues, family and couples issues, sexual and gender identity and expression issues, trauma/abuse, and health and wellness education.

Dr. Lambert’s clinical specialties include couples therapy; child & family therapy; personal & family life transitions (such as divorce & grief); identity & career development; and spirituality/faith issues. In addition to counseling, Dr. Lambert also enjoys providing executive & personal coaching, consultations, and a wide variety of dynamic workshops.

Nikki Stillo, Ph.D. is a Texas licensed psychologist with a strengths based approach to therapy. Dr. Stillo strongly values a collaborative relationship between the therapist and client. While working toward your goals, you can expect a safe and non-judgmental environment characterized by kindness, compassion, and genuineness.
Dr. Stillo specializes in treating anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, relationship difficulties, trauma, life transition and adjustment concerns. She has special interests in working with college age and young professional populations, veterans and their partners, and individuals struggling with identity concerns. In addition to therapy, Dr. Stillo is experienced in conducting psychological assessment of personality, attention difficulties, and learning differences for children and adults.

Dr. Gabby Weierbach, Ph.D. is a postdoctoral fellow who provides a collaborative, supportive, and nurturing environment to help her clients address their challenges and enhance their capacity for healing. Dr. Weierbach’s approach is grounded in the belief that our early experiences shape our relationships and sense of self, and that by exploring those experiences in an empathic environment, clients can gain insight into their behavior and interpersonal patterns, develop more fulfilling personal relationships, and move towards personal growth. With an emphasis on developing and maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance, Dr. Weierbach incorporates psychodynamic, interpersonal, and family systems practices into all aspects of her work.
Dr. Weierbach provides individual, couples, and family psychotherapy for all ages. She is also passionate about conducting psychological evaluations with children/adolescents and has experience with cognitive, academic, personality, and mood concerns. Dr.
