Hello and thanks for stopping by! My practice is an out of network provider of individual, groups, couples and families. I work with tweens up through adults.
Well versed in anxiety, trauma, and addictions treatment, I am equipped to help you navigate through the things that are troubling you and move toward finding hope, joy, and restoration.
I am a strengths based counselor who uses a combination of Cognitive therapies as well as Sandtray, Aroma Freedom Techniques, Gestalt, Person Centered, Solution Focused, EFT, Zentangle, and Psychodramatic therapies in helping my clients reach their goals. I love what I do, my work is so rewarding and Seeing my clients work through the things holding them back from living their best lives is humbling and nothing short of a gift.
My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
Jesus Christ has been part of my life as long as I can remember. Things got real in my relationship with Him when I was in my 20’s and it was clear that His way was the only way! I believe that in Christ, there is complete hope and in that hope, healing.
I welcome all people and issues into my practice and I believe it is my duty as a therapist to meet each individual where they are in all aspects of their lives.
