Healthy Life 3 Counsel is a Faith-Based Professional Counseling Center since 2010. HL3CC provide services to children starting at ages 5-12, Adolescents and teens ages 13-18 and adults ages 19-99. Our therapeutic approach is based on sound biblical doctrine. HL3CC strives to be effective and operate in integrity at all times. A cognitive approach to a deeper understanding of mental health issues of the mind and soul of man. We desire to educate, edify and empower toward an improved journey for future emotional well-being to all clients while incorporating family and community support.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
My early background as a professional BS-RN in many hospital's settings exposed to me to many mental health patients and their great need for spiritual support to be incorporated. I observed the over prescribing of Psych medications which was limited in improving some patient's conditions. I observed that there was a greater need for spiritual support. i began to pursue further credential/degrees and certifications to qualify for such training.
