Hi, I’m Noelani!

The world can be both beautiful and overwhelming, and sometimes we need someone to walk with us through the complexity. I offer a warm, body-aware, and emotion-focused approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, collaborative relationships.

I see each person as resilient and deeply shaped by their story—mind, body, and soul all interconnected. In our work together, we’ll listen not only to your words but also to the wisdom your body holds, exploring stuck patterns and making space for insight, growth, and change.

I’m currently pursuing my master’s in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling at George Fox University and bring years of experience in early childhood and public settings into the therapy room.

Outside of work, you can find me thrifting, savoring oat cortados with my husband, or moving mindfully through yoga and running.

Hi, I'm Alex! I believe asking for help is one of the bravest things you can do. I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and helping them build deeper connections with themselves and others.

My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), along with other tools that help us explore your emotions, story, and values. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow in a way that feels true to you.

Before entering the counseling field, I worked in recruiting and consulting, guiding people through personal and professional transitions. That experience deepened my love for meaningful connection and now informs my work as a therapist.

I’m currently pursuing my master’s in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling at George Fox University and am honored to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward healing and change.

In therapy, I strive to be a safe, open space where you can process your feelings, explore parts of yourself that may have been hidden, and move toward healing and wholeness. My goal is to help you better understand who you are and support you in becoming the person you want to be—confident, connected, and at peace.

I’m passionate about collaboration and believe that real change happens through relationship. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I aim to foster growth, strengthen relationships, and help clients find lasting fulfillment.

Before training as a therapist, I worked closely with students and families, which deepened my love for supporting healthy family dynamics. I believe families can be places of both challenge and great potential for healing—and I’m here to walk alongside you in that process.

I’d be honored to work with you, your partner, or your family. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Hi, I’m Will. I help couples move through challenges like communication issues, emotional disconnection, and the pain of infidelity. Whether you’re stuck in conflict or preparing for marriage, I offer a space where both partners feel heard and supported.

I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), a research-backed approach that helps couples break old patterns and strengthen their connection. My goal is to foster empathy, trust, and lasting change—without blame or taking sides.

Clients often say they feel safe and truly understood in our work together, even if they were hesitant about therapy at first.

While I bring insight from a Christian perspective, I always honor your values and identity. You’re welcome to bring your full self.

LMFT
Hi, I'm Sharon! When I meet with a new client, I want them to know right away: I’m not improvising therapy. My work is grounded in evidence-based methods, clinical training, and the wisdom of trusted mentors.

Since earning my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2011, I’ve grown from a nervous new graduate into a confident therapist with a passion for relational work. In 2018, I began focusing almost exclusively on couples and individuals using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and in 2021, I became certified in EFT through ICEEFT. I’m currently expanding my training in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), which specializes in healing early developmental trauma.

Everyone has a story—and yours matters.
Our lives are shaped by experiences that often leave invisible marks, influencing how we relate to others, to ourselves, and to the world around us.

As a counselor, I consider it an honor to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and compassion as you make sense of your story and move toward healing, clarity, and growth.

My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means we’ll work together to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to explore what’s most important to you. I believe healing looks different for each person, and we’ll collaborate to find what works best for you.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples—including moms, medical and dental professionals, engineers, later teens, and adults—who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, work stress, self-worth, attachment wounds, and adoption-related experiences (as adoptees or adoptive parents).

I came into the field of therapy because I care deeply about people and believe in the power of healing relationships—both with others and ourselves.

As a student therapist, my experience has largely focused on helping individuals, including service members and veterans, connect to the care they need. Now, I’m honored to walk alongside clients directly as they explore their own stories, challenges, and growth.

My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I view you as the expert on your life. I’m here to support and empower you as you navigate what healing looks like for you. With couples and families, I often draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps us identify patterns, strengthen emotional bonds, and create more secure, supportive relationships.

Above all, I strive to create a space of authenticity and trust—where you can feel safe to be fully yourself and explore meaningful change.
