About

Our 20+ years of experience enable us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, couples, and family counseling. We treat several mental health issues and provide a neutral ground to clients. Our focus is to help individuals and families heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. We promise to be there for you through every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, move forward to where you want to be, and find yourself again.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions we can experience. Loneliness, feeling overwhelmed, or being angry can affect you and keep you from showing your true self. At Harmony Counseling Center, we can help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy. Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with living on campus and being away from home for the first time. Academic Expectations, tendencies to procrastinate, being unmotivated, and peer pressure can be difficult obstacles to face alone. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through finding balance, motivation, and support. Relationship counseling can benefit couples looking to strengthen their emotional connection at all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both individuals and are a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to improve your relationship and bond.
