Since 2003 I have been helping individuals heal from mental and emotional obstacles in the form of stress, anxiety, depression, conflicts/struggles with their faith, and more. I believe that healing and restoration is for anyone willing to take the first step. No matter how scary that step might be, I am honored to join you in this journey.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy to meet my clients needs, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
My style is warm, direct, and at times humorous.

I have spent 10 years in ministry primarily working with children and their families. I believe that people are more than just a sum of their parts and that there can be beauty even in times of chaos.
I provide counseling to teens and college students, and adults for eating disorders, postpartum challenges, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
I believe in meeting people where they are at and feel privileged to partner with clients to explore a path to healing and thriving together. Using unconditional positive regard and a warm approach, I believe that we can create sustainable changes.
I use DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing skills to create a Strength Based, Solution Focused approach.
