Hope and Renew Counseling in Amarillo, TX was founded by Stuart and Debra, a husband-and-wife team with an incredible blend of life experience and professional insight. Stuart brings years of ministry leadership and Peace Maker expertise, while Debra offers over 25 years of teaching and coaching experience in church and professional settings. Together, they have successfully raised three boys and built a strong, thriving marriage that spans more than 30 years.
Their lived experience as parents and partners gives them a unique perspective, allowing them to connect deeply with their clients on a personal level. Stuart and Debra understand the challenges and triumphs of family life and long-term relationships because they’ve faced them firsthand. They believe their combined story—of navigating marriage, parenting, and professional growth—is a valuable foundation that enriches the support they provide to individuals and families. At Hope and Renew LLC, they’re passionate about empowering others a foundation of faith and practical, compassionate counseling informed by their own lives, professional training and years of service.
