About

The goal at Hopeful Hearts Counseling Services is to help clients gain understanding into their own feelings and behaviors, as well as how to cope with emotional pain and anxiety. Identifying obstacles in life’s journey and “our reactions to those obstacles” is crucial to bring about awareness of behavioral patterns and the desired change we are hoping for. Our goal is to walk that journey with you and help you discover what those challenges are. Together, we will develop a creative roadmap of attainable goals to improve the quality of your life and your relationships.

We are equipped to help you with both psychological and spiritual issues. Sometimes our worst enemy comes from spiritual battles which trigger fear, uncertainty and lack of self-worth. At Hopeful Hearts, we can provide Biblical counsel (non-denominational) that will help individuals overcome difficult trials and temptations while promoting a deeper understanding to many issues that bind us from the freedom to enjoy life.

Together we will search for answers and unlock creative solutions so that each day brings hope, possibility, self-worth and purpose. We will create a "toolbox" to encourage emotional, physical and spiritual solutions that will assist you in continued progress and self-care.

Helping those who are hurting is a way to give hope to the heart, because that is the place where healing begins.
