I work with women who are Christians and non-Christians in a warm, welcoming, and safe environment, as I encourage them to embrace their unique, individual personality, value, potential, and purpose. I want to encourage those who are seeking out counseling to know that there is great freedom, healing, and peace that can come from just being able to express your cares, worries, and struggles. There is power in verbalizing these things, and just being able to get them out in the open in a trusted space. It may seem daunting and scary, but it is well worth taking that step to get help. Truly, asking for help is a strength, and not a weakness. It shows that you care enough about yourself and your life to want to make things better, to not want to stay stuck any longer. You know there is a better, healthier life, a better, healthier way of looking at things. You just need help getting there. That's what counseling is for. Don't put off taking care of yourself. There is hope, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
I work with women in many areas, including those who are struggling with self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and those who are looking for more awareness into their gifts, strengths, and personality, who want to discover and live out their God-given purpose, those seeking guidance and direction, and who are also wanting to grow in their faith, to build a more intimate relationship with God, to build confidence in Christ, and to discover, to see, and to embrace their value and potential as children of God. I help, guide, and encourage them to accomplish and overcome all things, in faith, so that they can become confident, victorious overcomers, all for God’s glory! I say “Overcomers”, because we all have challenges, struggles, and obstacles that can get in the way of our goals, and that need to be recognized and dealt with, so that we can live the life God wants for us!!!
It is my honor and joy to come alongside my clients to give them the help, support and encouragement they need. Some people are going through really difficult, painful, and overwhelming seasons of life. Others are going through an easier, less complicated season of life, but still could use help, whether that be with a goal or dream they have, and they need help figuring out how to get there, needing extra support and encouragement on the road to that goal. Maybe they could use some help in the area of confidence, relationship guidance, dealing with a work situation, learning to set boundaries, wanting to work on getting healthier, and sometimes we are simply stuck and don't know how to overcome our obstacles or how to move forward. There are endless categories that counseling and life coaching can be beneficial for. I do offer a sliding scale based on an individual's income and I have two 1 hour time slots open each week Pro-Bono for two clients. (This will be based on availability)

About Me
I am a passionate and creative individual who loves to help and encourage others. I grew up on the Central Coast of California and have also lived in Arizona and Portland. I enjoy writing, listening to music, ballroom dancing, baking, reading books, and taking walks out in the beautiful, sunny outdoors (especially by the ocean). I am a self-published author, songwriter, Christian Counselor and Life Coach. I have a heart to help people build their relationship with God and to encourage others to use their faith to help them accomplish and overcome all things. Through my own personal experience with things such as tremendous anxiety and depression, I have seen God's love, presence, protection, and provision every step of the way. He faithfully helped me and carried me to the other side. I have always felt His love and presence with me, and He has never left me! With God, I have accomplished and grown so much! Because of Him, I am an overcomer, and I want to share my testimony with others to inspire and bring hope to those who are hurting and struggling in any area of their life, to those who long for an intimate relationship with God, to all who want to become victorious overcomers and live a joyful and fulfilling life based on God's plan and purpose for them. You don't have to just survive in life, you can truly thrive and accomplish all things in faith, for His glory!
