Richard W Hoag

BS Psychology University of Texas, Austin

I walk with those who have experienced military, first responders, and personal trauma. For those experiencing grief and loss, I come alongside helping to find a healthy path forward. Many who are struggling in relationships, with identity and spiritual direction allow me to assist as they seek growth and wellness.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor I recognize and respect the uniqueness of the individual and individual experiences. My practice honors this uniqueness with approaches and methods that are specific to the individual's needs and goals in a professional, therapeutic, and safe relationship. Simply - peace, joy, and harmony are possible. Holistic wellness can be pursued by interweaving a nurturing therapeutic, spiritual, and safe relationship with other life-enriching and healing practices.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

During one of life's emotional and spiritual cross roads my passion and mission became crystal clear. Succinctly, it is to nurture those seeking peace, joy and harmony. Before, during and after difficult and traumatic life events you may need more than the support of family and friends for life resiliency and wellness.
