I’m Louis C. Rogers, MSW. At Iron & Olive, I bring my background in social work, human behavior, and family dynamics into coaching that begins and ends with my faith in Jesus Christ (Yeshua). His Word is the foundation for how I understand truth, identity, relationships, and purpose.
I believe society is increasingly geared toward breaking relationships apart, encouraging division and self-centeredness instead of commitment, forgiveness, and responsibility. I believe a healthy Christian marriage is the most powerful force on earth against evil. That’s why I believe the world comes against it so hard.
My heart is to build people up, strengthen marriages, and equip families. Through Christian coaching, biblical mentorship, pastoral guidance, and practical education, we work on communication, emotional understanding, accountability, unhealthy patterns, forgiveness, and reconciliation when appropriate.
We’ll speak honestly, with compassion. We’ll address what needs to change and take practical steps toward it. You are more than your past or your struggles, and you won’t walk through this process alone.
Lasting growth begins as we allow God to transform our hearts, renew our minds, and guide how we live and love.

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
I've not only seen how evil this world can, be, I was part of it. After Giving my life to God, I decided to stop living for myself and decided to allow the Lord to use me how He saw fit. He pulled me out of selfish work and put me into true work that enhances His kindgom.
Society encourages me to listen to the evil voices spoken to me or to myself over the years. It places a standard over ourselves that we can never meet. I've started my ministries not only to serve the Lord but to expose the lies spoken to us over all these years and reveal to anyone that I speak to the truth about what God says about them. I challenge those that come to my practice and we grow together.
