No one should hurt alone. Unfortunately, the mental pain, haunting memories, shame, fear, anxiety, depression and so much more can leave us feeling just that, alone. The war you are fighting may be invisible to everyone else but to you it is real. You and your story matter here. If you're trying to put shape to a fractured past, make sense of a chaotic present or find purpose in an unknown future I am here to help. Together, we will work to equip you with the tools you need to navigate your life with more freedom, joy and, perhaps most important of all, a sense of hope.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I believe, with all my heart, that Jesus longs for our wholeness - our bodies, minds, souls and relationships. My calling is to help in this effort to build His kingdom and see His goodness in the land of the living.
We are all carrying measures of brokenness, from both past and present, that I know Jesus longs to restore. Restoring hearts to their fullness is where I hope to co-labor with Him.
