I am LGBT friendly and theologically liberal. I also work with people who have been traumatized by judgmental religion yet who want to see if there is a good alternative or alternatives. The God I experience says yes. I also help persons with cancer discover the emotional and spiritual roots of their condition, which greatly promotes healing.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

I became a pastoral counselor after I realized how therapy can promote deep healing in my own soul and relationships. Some 35 years later it has been gratifying to help hundreds of fellow travelers to grow in similar ways.
