Are you struggling with a relationship, self doubt, anxiety or trauma? Wondering where to turn? I've treated hundreds of clients over the years and strive to provide a warm, caring, non judgmental approach as we work to embrace the need for change. I find it best to explore the options that are best for each client, based on what is important to them.
While providing both individual and couples counseling, my experience covers any concerns with trauma, anxiety, depression, communication issues in a relationship, infidelity, parenting, grief, women's issues, divorce, addictions (Drug and Alcohol, sexual addiction, spending, gaming), life transitions, setting boundaries, living with the self centered, and problems in ministry. My background includes a number of years as a pastor's wife and in direct college ministry.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
Since my commitment to Christ as a teenager, my walk with Christ has been the guiding Light of my life. I like to utilize Biblical principles to guide us as we walk together through the presenting difficulties and allow the client to see how God is directing him/her on their road to wellness.
