About

As a Christian psychologist and certified personal trainer, I offer an integrative approach to therapy that recognizes the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe lasting growth involves caring for the whole person, exploring the patterns that shape our thoughts, emotions and behaviors while discovering meaningful ways to move forward. My approach is compassionate collaborative and grounded in faith. I welcome clients who want their relationship with God to be meaningfully integrated into their therapeutic work, while honoring each person's unique story, beliefs and pace.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, struggles with eating and exercise, school or sports performance, pregnancy or postpartum, you don't have to figure it out alone. My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, understood and supported as you pursue healing and growth with God at the center.

My faith shapes how I approach the therapeutic relationship. I believe every person has inherent worth and dignity, and I meet clients with humility, compassion, curiosity and respect. My role is not to tell you what to believe or how to live, but to walk alongside you as you pursue healing, clarity, freedom, and a deeper connection with the person God created you to be.

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice

My Christian faith is central to who I am and informs my practice as a psychologist. I believe we are whole people, mind body and spirit and that emotional well being is often connected to our sense of meaning, purpose, relationships and faith. Everything I have and everything I bring to my practice flows from God.

I find meaning in my life and career through serving others and sharing God's love. I see my practice as an opportunity to walk alongside people with compassion humility and care as they navigate life's challenges and pursue healing.

Therapy can be a place to bring your whole self, including your questions, doubts, struggles and hopes. I believe God meets us in the midst of our struggles, and I strive to provide a compassionate, not judgmental space for honest exploration. When desired, I integrate faith, prayer, scripture and spiritual practices in ways that honor each client's goals and beliefs.
