About

I am most passionate about working with young adults and teens who feel out of control, whether in their relationships, thought-life, or eating habits. I often focus my work with clients on identifying the patterns that disrupt them from being who they truly want to be and aid them in learning how to tap into their own natural strengths and capabilities for everyday life. With these tools, we can work together to help you find empowerment in your life and develop satisfaction in your relationship with others and yourself.

My clients often describe me as interactive, compassionate, and candid. I work to build a relationship with clients that allows for space to share deeply and vulnerably while also creating opportunities to challenge and face hard truths. Reach out today and we can schedule a 15-minute consultation call to see what our working relationship could look like!

I am pre-licensed professional at JI Therapy. I have a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary and am currently under the supervision of Jennifer Imsland, MA, LMFT. Additionally, I have specialized training in Emotion-Focused therapy that guides in my work with couples dealing with conflict and marital issues. You can check out my full profile at the link above, underneath Jennifer Imsland's profile.
