When working with me you will find someone who is ready to partner with you and God wholeheartedly in your life's journey. Partnering with you will include listening, encouraging and at times challenging you to help you reach the goals that you want to achieve.
I have 15+ years of experience and am trained in CBT, DBT and EMDR. I love working with clients to help them realize the fullness of life the Lord promises in John 10:10.
Besides providing individual therapy I also provide couples therapy. I am a trained facilitator for Prepare-Enrich, a comprehensive evaluation program for couples. I have also completed Gottman Level One training, the most empirically based couples therapy there is.
I am an active member in the American Association of Christian Counselors and the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
My fee is $150 for an individual 50 minute session.
