Therapy is a judgement-free zone where you can take the time to process your feelings and set goals for your future. I am so glad you have taken the time to look into therapy. You have taken a giant step in beginning the process of creating change and choosing to take care of your mental health. I would love to speak more with you about the therapeutic process and long or short term goals that you have. Whether you have never tried therapy before or have been utilizing therapy for years, I want you to know that I am dedicated to providing a safe space for you through the help of the Holy Spirit.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Houston in 2017. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University in 2013. I have over three years of clinical experience working with youth, families, and caregivers to help them achieve their personal goals. Witnessing people share their stories and seeing their empowerment and growth is the most wonderful privilege. I am a native Houstonian and enjoy eating Tex-Mex as often as I can, spending time with my family and our dog, and going to the zoo.

Please note that I offer both individual and family therapy. My past experience includes but is not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, attention-deficit disorders, parenting/co-parenting, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive disorders, adjustment disorders, trauma, social skills challenges, and general communication challenges. I fully believe that God pours His strength into us at our weakest and that He is faithful to complete the work He has begun.

Psalm 16:7-8 I will praise the LORD who counsels me— even at night my conscience instructs me. I keep the LORD in mind always. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
