Rae Ann Hamilton has more than twenty-five years of experience working with individuals of all ages doing both therapy and evaluations. She earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and is licensed by the North Carolina Psychology Board. Mrs. Hamilton has worked in a variety of settings including: private and group practices; pre-school, primary, secondary and postsecondary educational venues; and community mental health. She enjoys working with individuals, couples and families. In both therapy and testing she treats all presenting problems (with the exception of autism). Mrs. Hamilton also has a high regard for our military families, for whom she has sought specific training that enables her to meet their unique needs. She enjoys providing therapy for clients interested in a therapist with a Christian foundation.
Melissa Huemmer

Melissa Huemmer has more than twenty-five years of clinical experience providing therapy to people of all ages from children to seniors, and is licensed in NC. She earned a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from UNC-Chapel Hill with additional focus on children and families, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. Melissa has provided services in a variety of settings over her career. She works with clients from a strengths-based perspective to promote self-empowerment and aspiration to reach identified goals. Melissa enjoys working with clients who share the Christian faith.
Heidi LeCount
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
Heidi LeCount has experience providing therapy to individuals of all ages from elementary school children to adults, and is licensed in NC as a LCMHC, as well as is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She earned a master’s degree in Counselor Education specializing in Clinical Mental Health from East Carolina University. Prior to pursuing a career in counseling, Heidi earned a master’s degree in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri and worked in higher education for over 25 years. Heidi has provided counseling services in private practice, a teen intensive outpatient program (IOP), and completed an internship in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). She has also worked with numerous students, parents, and families as they navigated and managed the various challenges of college life including academic, social, and personal concerns. Heidi enjoys working with clients who share the Christian faith.
Alexandra Maeatre

Dr. Alexandra Maestre is a Licensed Psychological Associate at Lepage Associates with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. To ensure her skills had the breadth to work with diverse populations, Dr. Maestre has worked in various clinical settings including private practice, community outreach, mental health centers, state hospitals, juvenile court systems, juvenile justice detention facilities and probation departments, and residential treatment centers. She holds a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus in forensic psychology and Latino mental health, a master’s degree in Forensic and Counseling Psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Hope Venetta
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
Hope Venetta is a therapist at Lepage Associates. She provides psychotherapy for adults, teens, couples, and families. Hope has 25 years of experience working in mental health, organizing continuing education activities for psychotherapists. This inspired her to transition to a career as a psychotherapist herself. She completed her masters degree in the Clinical Mental Health Program at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Hope works with all diagnoses in therapy, and some of her special interests are trauma work, including the mind-body connection, religious trauma, premarital and couples counseling, racial identity issues with African Americans, and career counseling. She is certified as a SYMBIS Facilitator (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) and is certified in Psychological First Aid from the National Child Traumatic Stress Network. Hope enjoys working with clients seeking a psychologist with a Christian foundation.
