About

Every one of our clients is a unique and valued individual - which is why we take great care to treat you with respect and thoughtful intention. Instead of just addressing symptoms, we’ll go deeper—engaging your mind, heart, and spirit with holistic and compassionate care.

We seek to understand you, your situation, and your environment. We will dialogue about past and present factors, and examine potential life-giving solutions together. We will encourage you to apply solutions to your situation, review the impact of your steps, and adjust along the way.

We are quick to respond to your needs, and will do our best to pair you with a counselor that can best help your current situation. We hope you'll join us.

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice

As a practice, we find it of utmost importance that our providers can speak to a client's spiritual side as they work through their problems. All of our counselors are practicing Christians, and several are members of the clergy.

As a former pastor, I bring compassion, knowledge, and experience as resources for you. Working together, we'll establish an overview of your situation, then choose a path forward toward greater health and a fuller life - one that leverages your strengths, skills, and resources. Working from an eclectic and integrative theoretical model, I've helped couples, families, and individuals of all ages with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, relational conflict, spirituality, communication, and launching into adulthood.

Licensed Professional Counselor & Art Therapist

It's a privilege to walk alongside clients and meet them where they're at by developing a trusting, consistent relationship with them. With my background in art therapy, I offer clients space to include art-making within sessions if they are comfortable in doing so. I believe that using creativity and expression can be helpful for clients to gain new perspectives and find connection with themselves and others. My hope is to help every client develop coping strategies and gain personal understanding, self-confidence, and growth.

CSD
Certified Spiritual Director

Spiritual Direction is the art of listening deeply to another person in such a way that they begin to notice and respond to God's presence and movement in their life. This can be a life-giving and transforming process for those who participate in this special relationship. As a Spiritual Director, it is my goal to help others respond to this deep longing by allowing my clients to feel profoundly heard in a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space. In an age of busy, finding rest for our souls and what deeply satisfies is to encounter the love of God.

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Having worked with adults, couples, and adolescents on personal, marital, and professional issues, I've seen them experience significant healing by my joining them on their journey - exploring impasses, obstacles, and broken dimensions of their lives while also helping to identify effective coping strategies and lasting solutions. By engaging relationally in clients' unique stories, I draw out insights, affirm their strengths, and unlock potential so that they can achieve the healing, change, and growth that they desire.

As a therapist and leadership coach, I will help you identify your core strengths for working through the issues that keep you stuck and assist you in reframing the patterns that are no longer working for you or your relationships. As a Pastor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have 20+ years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, helping them as they face life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and anxiety, and working through issues related to spirituality, identity, and personal or professional growth.

It's a joy to sit with people in their stories and walk with them into a new session of healing. By learning to develop new coping strategies, you'll gain a sense of adequacy as you move forward. With an integrative therapeutic approach, I'll adapt to you, rather than imposing my own beliefs or perspectives. I've helped clients of all ages face grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, marital concerns, and spiritual issues. My hope is that though in the middle of something difficult, they know how deeply loved they are, and how much they belong.
