I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Pastor's wife for almost 30 years. I'm licensed in the states of California, Michigan and Arizona. In Arizona I see my clients either face to face or via telehealth. I utilize telehealth in California and Michigan.
The focus of my practice is to help women navigate through difficult relationship issues and to discover insight and understanding which can be empowering and lead the way to making healthy decisions.
Separation, divorce, remarriage and creating a blended family are a reality of our world today, as well as depression and anxiety. I am here to support my clients while discussing those issues and more.

My Christian faith is the foundation of my practice and is integrated into every session. I will support you in your faith walk as you find answers to the issues you are experiencing and to clarify what decisions to make to enhance everyday life.
