Connect with the natural environment. We offer a twelve-session curriculum where we navigate through our forest trails, streams and pondside for a richer and more meaningful awareness at each destination. These sessions may be scheduled at your pace. Of course, we can remain indoors in very inclement weather.

Hours: Tuesday/Wednesday via telehealth, Friday/Saturday in person.
