Lizandra is the Founder and Owner of Grace Space Counseling, an exclusively online teletherapy private practice located in Clark, NJ serving clients in New Jersey and Florida. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with advanced training in managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and perinatal mood disorders. She is an integrative counselor using the best of EMDR, CBT, and DBT therapies to meet the needs of her clients. Lizandra also provides Christian Counseling and Biblical Counseling for clients seeking those services. She has a special interest in spiritual and religious abuse and provides a safe place for healing and direction for those who have been wounded by their faith communities.
Lizandra believes that each person is unique, and special and follows their individualized path to healing and restoration. She uses a warm and empathic approach to come alongside each client to help facilitate growth and wholeness.
Lizandra earned her Master’s Degree (MA) in Mental Health Counseling from Nyack College’s Alliance Graduate School of Counseling and two Bachelor of Science Degrees from Liberty University — one in Psychology & Christian Counseling and the other in Psychology & Life Coaching. She also holds several certificates from the American Association of Christian Counseling in Women’s Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, Children’s Counseling, Life Coaching, Advanced Life Coaching, Leadership Professional Life Coaching, Marriage Coaching, Health & Wellness Coaching, and Financial Life Coaching.
She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (License #37PC00930500) in the State of New Jersey and a Registered Telehealth Provider in the State of Florida (#TPMC3707). She is also a member of the American Counseling Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors
Lizandra is in networrk with the following insurances : Aetna, United Health Care, Oxford, Optum, Cigna, Oscar, Aetna Medicare, Aetna Better Health, Amerihealth and UMR. Self Pay Fee is $175 for a 60 minute session

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
