God is in our lives whether we want to admit it or not. He knew us before our parents did. He has a plan for our lives and he has known what our lifeline looked like when we were conceived. He also knows our “freshness date”...the date, the day, down to the minute when we will be joined again with Him.
He knows us. Intimately. He has given us our temperament, how we are to be, and how we can be happy, it is a gift. It is when we go against our inborn temperament that we run into problems like physical ailments, anxiety, all of it. If we can understand our temperament, understand what our needs are, and how to capitalize on our strengths, we can live a more fulfilling, happy, God-centered life.

Why I Became a Pastoral Therapist
I wanted to use my BS in Psychology and BA in Communications to get an advanced degree. However, if I went through the state university, God could not be in the room, and He needs to be there. I found the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA) and was able to infuse God's word and wisdom in my practice. Temperament counseling sees each of us as unique and the counseling is tailored to each unique person.
