As a Christian practitioner I help the client to manage the spiritual issues and distress that accompanies so much in life, exploring those issues non-judgementally.
My expertise lies in the following areas: Guiding people through challenging mental, emotional disorders such as Trauma, Autism Spectrum, Depression & Anxiety Disorders ,Marital distress, Child and Adolescent counseling, and ( OCD, Eating Disorders) I work very well with adults, marriage & high- conflict relationships & have also been effective working with Children ages 4 through Adolescence. ** Highly Experienced in working with /HFA Autism.
It takes a great deal of courage to come to counseling, but on a practical note it can be time consuming & expensive. I work hard at building a trusting relationship as well as expediting the counseling process with quality and comprehensive, evidence-based therapies .
