My desire is to support you and your family by helping you see the potential of your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual resources as you are working toward your goals.
I have ongoing training in Trauma, Sandtray, Registered Play Therapy, Suicide assessments and Family Therapy, Certified in EMDR , working with ADHD and neuro-divergent populations.
As a Marriage and Family therapist, I help individuals and families explore and understand their experience within a family systems. I provide an atmosphere where clients can feel safe as they explore emotions and relational impact using play therapy, sandtray, collaborative problem solving and other related therapies.
I received my Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy at George Fox University and specialize in families and children. I also have experience with working and living overseas and am able to work with third cultural families.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I became a Professional Christian Therapist because I realized that the life experiences that God gave me, living overseas, raising a family and living my own daily struggles were preparing me to work with other families and individuals who were also experiencing struggles and seeking understandings in a world that doesn't always make sense. I desire to provide a safe environment for individuals and families to process their experiences and look for solutions that are Christian based.
