About

** Please note, I am not in-network with any insurance providers.
** I am currently not taking couples or families but have openings for individual therapy clients.

My approach to therapy is practical and relational. I help clients of all ages navigate anxiety, life transitions, and the unexpected twists and turns that come from living in a world as beautiful and broken as ours.

I especially enjoy working with children and parents seeking support, adolescents and adults making sense of the role addiction has played in their families, and anyone curious about better understanding who they are, how they're wired, and what greater flourishing might look like in their lives.

I graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary and work at Abundant Life Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I offer video sessions for clients located across California and in-person sessions in Pasadena.

Prior studies took me to the University of St. Andrews (M.Litt., Theology, Imagination, and the Arts), and Rhodes College (B.A., Political Science).

Feel free to reach out if you'd like to explore working together! I look forward to being in touch.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

Jesus is more committed than we can imagine to our healing and wholeness. He longs to welcome those places in our lives that remain hidden and hurting into the light of his love. It is my joy to journey with him and those he brings to me in this work.
