My approach to therapy is both practical and relational. I help clients of all ages navigate anxiety, life transitions, and the unexpected twists and turns that come from living in a world as beautiful and broken as ours.
I graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary and work at Abundant Life Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I offer video sessions for clients located across California and in-person sessions in Pasadena.
Prior studies took me to the University of St. Andrews (M.Litt., Theology, Imagination, and the Arts), Rhodes College (B.A., Political Science), and the Trinity Forum Academy.
We provide super bills for those seeking out-of-network reimbursement. At times, I am able to offer a limited sliding scale.
