My approach to therapy is practical and relational. I help clients of all ages navigate anxiety, life transitions, and the unexpected twists and turns that come from living in a world as beautiful and broken as ours.
I especially enjoy working with parents seeking support, professionals managing high stress careers, and adolescents and adults making sense of the role addiction has played in their families.
I graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary and work at Abundant Life Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I offer video sessions for clients located across California and in-person sessions in Pasadena.
Prior studies took me to the University of St. Andrews (M.Litt., Theology, Imagination, and the Arts), Rhodes College (B.A., Political Science), and the Trinity Forum Academy.
