Going to therapy can be one of the most intimidating and challenging steps a person can take, but it is also a step worth taking. Whether it is your first time seeking therapy or whether you have done therapy for years, I am here to walk with you at your pace and meet you where you are. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe and free from judgment, a space where you can give yourself the grace and patience you deserve. Some of my areas of focus are anxiety, depression, esteem-building, emotional regulation, grief/loss, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.
I work with people from diverse backgrounds, adults, and adolescents. I am here to accompany you on your life journey, whether it is navigating your identity, life stressors, relational transitions/changes, or overcoming the complexities of adolescence.
