I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I am currently accepting new clients. I offer either in-person appointments or telehealth appointments for those who prefer to stay home. I am thankful to be able to help people through their challenging seasons. I enjoy working with individuals and have a special interest in working with those struggling with anxiety and depression. I am also passionate about providing Christian counseling for those who are struggling with faith-based issues.
My approach to counseling depends on the client and his or her needs and treatment goals. I prefer to use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and/or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I often use a solution-focused and/or person-centered approach.
My role is to support each client in meeting their treatment goals.
I am contracted with the following insurances: Premera, Regence, First Choice,
Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, and TriWest.
My rate is $165 and offer a sliding scale for those who need it.
