I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, and am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, RMHCI, and a Certified Trauma Professional, CTP. I am also an EMDR therapist, and a member of the International non-profit association EMDRIA, which upholds the highest standard of training for EMDR therapists. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the Vero Beach Christian Business Association.
Most beneficial has been to utilize EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, nutritional influences, and Christian integration with clients. I collaborate with people who are motivated to strategically shift through attitudes, behaviors, and feelings that increase stress.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
Experiencing trauma as a child led me to hold onto resentments and lack of trust in God. The result was little joy in the present.
God turned my healing and growth in a relationship with Him into a calling to support others. It is and has been such an honor to walk with clients as they release painful thoughts, memories, and habits.
