For the past 25 years, as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Life Coach, and Christian counselor, I have assisted individuals, couples, & families seeking healing and growth both personally and relationally, learning how to handle anxiety & stress well, overcoming depression, navigate through difficult decision-making, job/career issues, abuse/trauma, to know their identity and worth from God's perspective, establishing healthy boundaries, grief/loss issues, parenting issues, and for spiritual growth and development. Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
To fully utilize all that the Lord has given me (spiritual gifts of encouragement, mercy, shepherding; education, training, experiences in psychology, theology, and business), combined with a sense of 'calling' from God, to help others achieve healing, growth and be able to experience the abundant life Christ intends for them. I love my work and the people and God I serve!
I am a member of the Orchard Evangelical Free Church of Barrington, IL and serve as a Women's Life Group Leader. In 2023 I completed the Foundations of Biblical Counseling Training Course from the Biblical Counseling Center in Arlington Heights, IL, and am currently pursuing ACBC certification (Assoc of Certified Biblical Counselors).
