Hi there! My name is Brittany Roberts and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing therapy to women 18 and older in the state of Virginia. I have a little under 5 years in the field and love being able walk with clients who also love Jesus.
At My Haven Christian Counseling & Coaching, LLC I provide a wide range of services to include individual therapy, group therapy, mentoring, consultation, and coaching. I work with women who are navigating self-esteem/identity concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and depression.
I do not currently accept insurance. I charge $115 for an initial assessment and $100 per session. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale slots based on financial need and participate with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective to keep therapy affordable. For other rates specific to coaching, groups, or consultation, please reach out!
My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
My faith is extremely important to me and I couldn't imagine doing this work on my own. I truly believe that God has called me and equipped me to walk with women who are longing for hope, healing, and change. In sessions this may look like providing encouragement through scripture, praying to close out sessions, or just creating a space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
