MA from Amber University, Garland, TX 08/1996. LPC, license 14953, 08/1998. My focus is to help clients heal, grow and ultimately, change self-defeating thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My style is highly interactive and solution-oriented. I draw from several approaches including Family Systems, Cognitive-Behavioral and Object-Relations. Areas of emphasis include relationships (especially marital), co-dependency, addiction, boundaries, family-of-origin issues, anxiety, depression, and self-defeating thoughts.
