Chloe Cooper
LPC-S
My belief and my practice motto is: Together we can find solutions. I firmly believe that with God's help that is always possible.
I am dual licensed in Addictions Counseling and Professional Counseling. In addition, I have pursued studies in Biblical Counseling and natural healing, which have enriched my holistic and faith-integrated approach to care. I am currently in a doctorate program in Pastoral Counseling.
Because trauma is often at the root of the places where we feel most stuck, I have pursued extensive training in trauma-informed modalities.
I am trained in:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model)
Various other trainings including CBT, DBT, Complex Trauma Certification, Trauma Egg, and more...
These evidence-based approaches allow me to work effectively with developmental, relational, complex, and shock trauma.
