Derek Andrucko

Derek Andrucko is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a strong desire to serve couples who are dealing with betrayal in their marriage, especially related to sexual addiction. He holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology at California Baptist University.
Derek’s previous experience includes working with couples and families uncovering the underlying emotional needs of family members and how families get stuck in relational patterns that they find impossible to escape. Currently, Derek works with married couples and individuals as they navigate the effects of mistrust, especially mistrust relating to sexual betrayal. He believes that serving the family unit, and serving all of its members, is of utmost importance and has dedicated his work towards this. indsey Smedley is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Pathway working with adults, couples, families, and adolescents. She graduated from California Baptist University with an M.S. in Counseling Psychology specializing in marriage and family therapy.
Rooted in creating a warm therapeutic bond, Lindsey walks alongside her clients, meeting them where they are at as the client journeys toward their goals. Whether there is relational pain, anxiety, depression, addiction, shame, or other presenting concerns, Lindsey believes that individuals possess the ability to overcome the hurts and hang-ups in their lives, and the therapeutic relationship is a catalyst to reinforce and expedite that process. Eric Ford is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor at Pathway Therapy Center working with individuals, couples, and families. He earned his MA in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary and his BA in Psychology with a minor in Biblical Studies from Biola University.
Eric integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a warm, supportive therapeutic environment. There is space in session for unpacking trauma and addiction, with a collaborative focus on producing hope. He specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, sexual addiction, faith-based concerns, and life transitions. His previous experience includes dedicated work with teens, young adults, military personnel, ministry staff members, and special needs individuals and families.
