I believe that resilience lies within each of us. We often forget this powerful strength we have inside of us because of the challenges life confronts us with. My goal is to empower you to rediscover your resilience and collaboratively work to improve your overall well-being and quality of life.
I strive to create a safe, trusting, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences with me. I am passionate about helping people from a holistic, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and person-centered framework. Focusing on the whole individual (mind, body, and soul), I take an integrative approach. Drawing from various modalities such as, Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT),and Mindfulness-Based Interventions. I have my Level 2 certification for Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy.

As a therapist, I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, safe, and supported. My multicultural background and lived experiences have shaped my appreciation for the many ways culture, relationships, values, and life experiences influence how we understand ourselves and navigate the world. I approach therapy with curiosity, cultural humility, compassion, and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity for growth.
I take an eclectic, client-centred approach, drawing from different therapeutic models to meet each client’s unique needs, values, culture, and readiness for change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside clients to understand what they are experiencing, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools that feel meaningful and manageable.

As a Child and Youth Therapist, I am passionate about helping children and youth feel understood, supported, and confident as they navigate the many challenges that come with growing up. I have worked closely with children and youth in educational settings, supporting them through a wide range of emotional, social, and developmental experiences. My work in education has taught me that behind every behavior is a child who is communicating a need, an emotion, or an experience. It has also shown me how important it is for children to have trusted adults who listen without judgment and create a safe space where they can be themselves. In my work with children, youth, and families, I focus on building genuine connections and meeting each young person where they are. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and welcoming place where children can make sense of their experiences, learn new ways to cope, build confidence, and recognize their own strengths.

When individuals experience trauma or severe life stressors, it may become increasingly difficult to navigate day to day life. I ensure a safe space is cultivated by taking a person-centered approach; ensuring cultivation of a safe space through kindness, openness, empathy, and compassion. My greatest passion as a Clinician is to show how there is uniqueness and restoration in one's story, one's pain and collection of struggles.
I work from a Trauma-informed lens and combine a variety of evidence-based practices with holistic approaches. I believe in connecting with all aspects of self in the process of healing through acknowledging the mind, body, and soul. Through this approach, we can discover coping strategies that will produce resiliency and healing of the self.
I ensure that a safe space is not declared but cultivated through autonomy, compassion, empowerment and self-determination. Furthermore, I would like to offer a space that is non-judgmental and where resiliency is honour

Hello Hello!
Are you ready to start an emotional journey, a journey to learn yourself on a deeper level? I believe that you hold the inner emotional wisdom and through our journey we will listen and understand your emotional self. Life can be so hard sometimes. Navigating the emotions that arise from the complexities of life can feel daunting and confusing at times.
In our work together, we will explore your experiences and your inner world. This involves understanding emotional patterns and how they form from our early life experiences and throughout our life. By understanding our longstanding patterns we together can transform your emotional experience. Together we will learn what is happening inside of your mind and body, allowing you to reconnect with yourself. We will explore self-criticism, challenge stuck feelings and look into understanding the impacts of trauma.
