Hello, my name is Maricruz Valdez, I am an LPC & Biblical Certified Counselor. I view and treat my clients as a whole entity, heart, mind, and spirit. I offer compassionate counseling that addresses both the psychological and spiritual aspects. I see my clients as unique individuals and tailor my techniques and approach to meet their specific needs.
My therapeutic approach combines Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Biblical Counseling, and Family & Couples Therapy.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I offer compassionate care with a Biblical and practical solution to painful difficulties you are facing, whether spiritual or emotional.
My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
The foundation of my practice is based on the belief of God is everything, or he is nothing. For anyone who becomes a disciple of Jesus, there is a command to die to the current way one is living, to repent, and to turn in the opposite direction in order to go with Christ.
“With man this is impossible,”
The reality is that no one can resist the fleshly and sinful appetite for status that wealth brings unless God prevails powerfully in their hearts. Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God
“But with God, all things are possible.”
All things are possible because God exists and loves us. If something is his will, nothing can stop it from being done.
I believe that with God all things are possible! (Matthew 19:26). I strive to instill the hope and truth found in Jesus revealed through his Word
