About
At Prime Psychotherapy, the belief is that every person is worthy of healing, hope, and wholeness. Founded by Mrs. Julie Sadhu, a Registered Psychotherapist and Doctoral Candidate in Behavioral Health, the practice brings nearly 20 + years of clinical experience to a therapeutic space built on compassion, dignity, and a deep respect for Christian faith and values. Working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, the approach honors the understanding that true healing encompasses the mind, the heart, and the spirit.
Drawing on evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual's unique needs while remaining sensitive to the role that faith, prayer, and spiritual belief play in your life and healing journey. You will never be asked to set aside what matters most to you. Your values are not separate from your healing; they are central to it.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply a season of feeling lost, Prime Psychotherapy offers a safe, confidential, and grace-filled space where you are truly seen, heard, and supported. Sessions are available in person and virtually, on weekdays and Saturdays. New clients are warmly welcomed, and a complimentary 15-minute consultation is available to help you feel confident and at ease before your first session.

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
My Christian faith is not something I leave at the door when I step into my role as a therapist it is the very foundation from which I practice. It shapes how I see every person who walks into my office: as someone created with inherent dignity, worthy of grace, compassion, and genuine care. My faith reminds me daily that healing is not simply a clinical process; it is a deeply human and spiritual one, and that hope is always possible, regardless of how dark a season may feel.
In my practice, this means I bring not only nearly 20 years of clinical expertise and evidence-based methods, but also a sincere respect for the role that faith, prayer, Scripture, and spiritual community play in a person's life. I never impose my beliefs on any client, but for those who share a Christian worldview, I offer a space where your faith is not just acknowledged but genuinely welcomed as a source of strength, resilience, and meaning in your healing journey.
I pursued my Doctorate in Behavioral Health because I believe that excellence in clinical care and deep spiritual sensitivity are not in conflict; they are complementary. My goal is to walk alongside each client with both professional skill and a Christ-centered heart, helping them move toward the wholeness, peace, and purpose that God intends for their lives.
