Tiffany Kempf, LISW-S, is a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor. She began counseling adults and families in 2022 while working at a local mental health agency serving children and their caregivers. Prior to this, she was a stay-at-home mother raising her four children and also worked with Child Protective Services. Tiffany currently serves alongside her husband in inner-city missions in Covington, Kentucky, and teaches at a Bible-based drug rehabilitation program in Hillsboro, Ohio. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, grief and loss, childhood wounds, sexual abuse, substance use and addiction, relationship and family challenges, spiritual disconnection, and struggles with self-worth. Tiffany offers both in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
Tiffany’s counseling practice is rooted in faith and grounded in professional clinical training. She integrates biblical truth with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), creating a balanced approach that addresses both emotional healing and spiritual growth. She finds deep joy in witnessing God bring peace and restoration to wounded hearts and has a special passion for helping women grow confident, secure, and deeply rooted in God’s love. Tiffany believes that true freedom comes when individuals understand their identity is not defined by performance, past mistakes, or the opinions of others. Rather, each person is already deeply loved, fully accepted, and pleasing to God. Her role is to support and encourage clients as they begin to see themselves through this truth and step into the life God has for them.
Above all, Tiffany believes in God’s power to bring healing, renewal, and hope—even in the most difficult seasons. She strives to create a warm, safe, and encouraging environment where individuals can openly explore their thoughts, relationships, and experiences without judgment. Tiffany also values accountability, helping clients recognize their God-given strengths and walk confidently in them. Together, the work gently challenges unhelpful patterns and moves individuals toward the abundant life God promises—one marked by peace, purpose, and wholeness.
