Hello, my name is Raishelle Meagher, I am licensed clinical social worker and therapist in South Carolina. I see my clients virtually by video or by phone. My approach is rooted in Christ and I practice from a Holistic lens which allows us to support the whole body in addition to your unique feelings & experiences. I focus on empowering my clients to make lasting changes that lead to living a life you love. I am trained in trauma informed care, somatic therapy practices & integrative medicine & nutrition for mental health.

I offer standard 50 minute weekly & biweekly sessions in addition to individual intensive therapy sessions. This is where we meet beyond the standard 50 minutes for the opportunity to go deeper in our work together. Intensive sessions allow for more work to be done with less time & interference to your daily life. We meet for 2-4 hours 1 time, several times or on a semi regular basis. Clients have found this to lead to feeling better at a quicker pace.

I also believe that everyone, no matter what their belief system, background or lived history, deserves a safe space to explore their deepest held thoughts, feelings & fears.
