Hello and welcome! I am a licensed therapist/social worker in South Carolina. I work primarily with women experiencing anxiety, intimacy issues, lifestyle or spiritual concerns and who may have a history of trauma. I encourage you to connect to your own body & regulate your nervous system through an empowering somatic approach while remaining rooted in Christ. My goal is to offer a space that is encouraging & brings a sense of safety. I truly believe that healing takes place in the presence of an compassionate witness. My intention is to be that witness for the people I work with.
I aim to honor where you have been, work with you to build resilience and support your over all well-being. For a slow and traditional approach, I can offer weekly individual psychotherapy.. For those seeking an alternative and faster approach, intensive therapy is available. Intensive therapy sessions are scheduled for 2 to 8 hours one time or a regular cadence that works for you.

I believe in Christ & engage in the world with a Christ centered and Biblical world view. I also believe that everyone, no matter what their belief system, background or lived history, deserves a safe space to explore their deepest held thoughts, feelings & fears. Training, experience & a deep love for people give me a unique set of tools to support you within my practice.
