Welcome to Reassurance of Hope Counseling Center, Inc., where we provide a trusted source of hope, healing, and growth through faith-based pastoral counseling and the promotion of mental health awareness. Our practice is dedicated to empowering individuals to lead more abundant, purposeful lives while honoring and respecting each person’s unique individuality.
Under the leadership of Denise Moody, a certified and licensed Pastoral Counselor and Mental Health Coach, our center integrates professional counseling principles with a strong spiritual foundation. Denise brings extensive training, holding a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Regent University and a Master of Divinity in Theology from Howard University. She is certified and licensed by the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA) and is also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
At Reassurance of Hope, we not only provide individual and family counseling but also educate individuals and communities to recognize and respond to mental health challenges. Our programs include specialized training in developing mental health ministries, marriage and pre-marriage facilitation, and temperament-based counseling.
Through compassionate care and professional expertise, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where faith and mental health meet—helping you find hope, healing, and renewed purpose.

Also, I have a comprehensive educational background and a wide range of professional certifications as well as licensed to Preach through the African Methodist Episcopal Church as an ordained Itinerant Elder and esteemed Spiritual Leader.
