About
EMDR Therapy for Anxiety & Trauma
It often feels like your body is ready to react, but your brain can’t figure out why. This happens when past experiences or unresolved stress keep your nervous system on high alert. EMDR therapy helps your brain process these experiences so your body can relax.
How EMDR Helps:
Calms your nervous system: Feel less tension, panic, or constant worry.
Identifies the source: Process past experiences that fuel current anxiety.
Shifts negative beliefs: Replace “I’m not in control” with “I can handle this.”
Builds confidence in daily life: Respond to challenges with clarity and emotional balance.
To help you explore whether EMDR therapy is a good fit for your needs, please reach out today to schedule a free 30 minute consultation call.
This consultation offers an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your concerns, and learn more about how EMDR therapy may support your goals.
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” Isaiah 43:18-19
