Founded and directed by Dr. Gina Pazzaglia, PhD, LCSW, LADC, RAW, Inc. is a CARF-accredited behavioral health practice built on nearly three decades of clinical experience and a deep, faith-informed understanding of what it means to walk alongside people in their most painful seasons.
Our team specializes in trauma, addiction, shame, dissociation, attachment wounds, domestic violence, and generational trauma. We believe that true restoration goes beyond symptom management — it invites clients into a process of rediscovering their identity, worth, and purpose through the lens of faith and relationship. Care is holistic and relationship-centered, integrating clinical excellence with spiritual grounding for clients who want their faith honored as part of the healing process.
Dr. Pazzaglia holds a PhD in Psychology (Health & Behavioral Medicine) and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, as well as an ordained Free Methodist minister. She provides clinical supervision to a team of doctoral-level clinicians, ensuring every client receives care rooted in both professional rigor and genuine compassion.
RAW, Inc. serves individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma recovery, addiction, and the deeper wounds that often underlie both. We are honored to partner with the faith community in Oklahoma City and beyond, offering a safe, CARF-accredited space where clients can pursue lasting healing — not just survival, but wisdom, wholeness, and restored hope.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
My calling to this work didn't begin in a classroom — it began in my own story. Long before I earned my PhD or my license, I walked through seasons of pain, survival, and searching that taught me what it feels like to carry shame in silence and to wonder if healing was even possible. Over time, I came to understand that survival is what I did, but wisdom is what I became — and it was that transformation that planted the calling in me to walk alongside others in their own journey from brokenness to restoration. My education, my ordination, and my clinical training became the tools; but the heart behind the work has always come from having lived it myself.
I became a therapist because I believe healing is never just clinical — it's deeply spiritual and relational. God met me in my own wounds and turned my mess into a ministry, and I've spent nearly thirty years since then doing the same for others: sitting with people in trauma, addiction, shame, and generational pain, and helping them discover that their story isn't over. Founding Restorative Alternative Wellness grew out of that same conviction — that true restoration honors the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, and that no one should have to walk that road alone. Every client who walks through our doors reminds me why I said yes to this calling in the first place.
