I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Restore Counseling, LLC. I understand that finding the right counselor can be a daunting task and I hope to help you in that process. As a Christian Counselor, my goal is to create a safe place for you to express what you are experiencing and help you make sense of it through the truth of who God is and who you are in Christ. My approach is to understand your story and help you piece together what has contributed to the symptoms you are facing. Whether it is relationship problems, depression, anxiety, loss, transitions, or something else, I believe there is hope for change and I’m excited to join you in this journey. I have experience in a variety of counseling theories and techniques as well as training in how to integrate biblical principles in the process of growth and change.
