Steven A. Ingram, D.Min., PCC-S


Dr. Ingram is a Pastoral Counselor licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. He has been practicing pastoral counseling for 28 years. Dr. Ingram is a Diplomate in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, and a Member of the American Academy of Psychotherapists. He is a Presbyterian minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA), and a supervising counselor who helps other counselors and clergy in their formation as professional care givers.

Dr. Ingram’s clients include those with a wide range of adjustment needs to the transitions of life. His particular interest is in helping deal with early childhood trauma, complicated grief, depression and anxiety. He also helps couples develop a dialogue process to resolve conflicts and enrich their relationships, and is a group therapist who provides an environment in which people can explore new ways of engaging themselves and others to create meaningful relationships.

Dr Ingram has been an adjunct faculty member of the University of Dayton and United Theological Seminary. He teaches short-term classes on a wide range of subjects including:
• “Stress Management”
• “Dealing with Grief”
• “The Common Colds of Mental Health and Their Spiritual Dimensions”
• “Parenting Skills”
