Our Christian Counseling practice engages principles of faith as an anchor in life and combines them with evidence based clinical therapeutic interventions to help people who struggle with anxiety and mood disorders, grief and loss, family and relationship problems, addictions, and trauma.

Kayla Roberts holds a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Board Certified Christian Counselor. She has many years of pastoral counseling experience and also as a professional therapist. She is currently working as a therapist at Rivergate Family Resource Center. Her past experience as a family counselor for a non profit agency gave her a deeper understanding of the multifaceted issues families face today. Kayla specializes on treating people struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, grief, relationship problems, identity issues, and trauma.
