About
As a survivor of a highly dysfunctional family, childhood abuse and trauma, perfectionism, and approval addiction, I am passionate about helping women realize and deeply know they are strong, loved, have immense value and worth in Christ and do not have to settle or compromise for anything less.
I provide Christian counseling to real, everyday women who love Jesus but who, as I once did, struggle with intimacy with others, trusting God, and accepting ourselves as beautiful (albeit sometimes messy) works of divinely created art; women who may fear not being perfect, experienced abuse, have deep roots of rejection, and struggle to believe life can be joyous, fulfilling, or abundant.
Making the decision to commit to counseling can be daunting. Apart from Christ, we can do nothing (John 15:5), but through and in Him, we can do all things (Philippians 4:13) (even the hard stuff!) I strongly and emphatically believe that true healing and change can only occur when we place our life, trust, and faith in Jesus Christ alone. I draw and center on this firm foundation through Scripture, prayer, and Christian based resources. As daughters of our loving Father, we are no longer under condemnation (Romans 8:1) and our acceptance of His forgiveness, grace, and love guide us into intimate relationship with Christ and His transformative power.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I became a Professional Christian Therapist because I have a genuine heart for women who are struggling and hurting. For years, I was that woman. It was through the redemptive and restorative power of Jesus Christ that I was able to find my worth and purpose in life. Now, my mission is to help guide other women in Christ Jesus to realize their identity and value in Christ. You are worth more than you think! You are loved more than you know!
